What size is a sheet of plywood?
In the US a full sheet is 4×8 ft (48×96 in); Baltic birch usually comes 5×5 ft (60×60 in). Metric sheets are 2440×1220 mm. Enter what you actually buy — add more than one size and Board Beaver picks the best.
How do I handle plywood grain direction?
Untick Rotatable for any part whose face grain must run a certain way; leave it ticked to let the optimizer turn parts 90° for a tighter fit.
What kerf should I set for plywood?
A standard table-saw or track-saw blade removes about ⅛" (3 mm); thin-kerf blades about 3/32". Set your real blade width so the layout leaves room for every cut.
