How do I set up a tube cut list?
Use your stock bar length as the stock (e.g. 6000 mm) and list each cut at the same nominal height with its length. The optimizer packs cuts along each bar.
What stock lengths does tube come in?
Commonly 6 m and 6.4 m; some suppliers do 3 m. Enter what you order and add several if needed.
Does it account for the saw kerf?
Yes — set your cold-saw or bandsaw kerf (often 1.5–2.5 mm) so every cut is counted.
