What kerf does plasma cutting have?
Plasma removes more than a laser — roughly 1–2 mm depending on amperage and tip. Set your real kerf so parts do not end up undersized or overlapping.
Should I leave space between parts?
The kerf value already inserts a gap between parts; increase it a touch if you want extra clearance for heat/torch access.
What plate sizes are standard?
2500×1250 mm and 3000×1500 mm are common. Add whatever your supplier stocks.
